We are experts in the appeal process from conducting an initial assessment of a property to the conclusion of any appeal. We will ensure that by instructing us, your Rateable Value will be correctly set and that you will only pay the correct amount of Business Rates that should be levied on your property.

Every business in the UK was re-valued from a Business Rates perspective on the 1st April 2010 and the new valuations will remain in force until 1st April 2015, unless challenged. However the new valuations were calculated on rental evidence available as of 1st April 2008 and since that date property prices have plummeted, resulting in the vast majority of properties being incorrectly assessed.

Local Government in England and the Assembly Government in Wales will do NOTHING about these increases as it is the responsibility of each individual ratepayer to challenge the reassessment.
